摘要:
限制对比度自适应直方图均衡化(CLAHE)是一种常用的低对比度图像增强算法。为了解决医疗器械设备采集的低对比度显微血细胞图像增强问题,给出一种改进的 CLAHE 显微血细胞图像增强处理算法。 将图像从 RGB 空间变换到HSV 空间,仅对亮度分量进行限制对比度自适应直方图均衡化增强,接着对原图像做灰度变换,之后对变换后的图像做直方图均衡化,然后将图像归一化,最后做 RGB 输出。 该算法在传统的 CLAHE 算法的基础上,通过改变每个子块的像素点分配方式,达到增强图像细节的目的。 局部的直方图均衡化,增强了整体细节的对比度。 运用限制对比度自适应直方图均衡化算法对显微血细胞图像进行增强,并对增强处理后的图像质量进行客观评价。 实验结果表明,该算法在信息熵、平均梯度、标准差等指标上具有明显的优越性,可以有效增强显微细胞的对比度,同时也能保留更多的图像细节信息。
Abstract:
A contrast adaptive histogram equalization (CLAHE) is a common low contrast image enhancement algorithm. In order to solve the problem of low contrast microblood cell image enhancement in medical device acquisition,we present an improved CLAHE microblood cell image enhancement algorithm. The image is transformed from RGB space to HSV space,and only the brightness components are conducted in restricted contrast adaptive histogram equalization enhancement. Then the original image is transformed with gray scale,and then histogram equalization is done for the transformed image. Then the image is normalized and finally RGB output is made.On the basis of the traditional CLAHE algorithm,it can improve the details of the image by changing the pixel distribution mode of each sub block. Local histogram equalization enhances the overall details of the contrast. The limitation of adaptive histogram equalization algorithm is used to enhance the contrast of the microscopic image of blood cell,and the quality of enhanced image processing is evaluated. The experiment shows that the proposed algorithm has more obvious advantages in information entropy,average gradient and standard deviation index,which can effectively enhance the contrast of the micro cell,and also retain more image details.
