摘要:
海上通讯手段匮乏,北斗船载终端可通过北斗短报文功能接收气象预警信息,是海上作业用户获取天气信息的重 要途径。 为了给安装北斗终端的船只实时提供直观的、图形化的气象预报预警信息,基于北斗短报文的特点,设计符合北 斗短报文要求且具有较强扩展性的气象信息编码,并在此基础上,设计开发了北斗船载终端可视化气象预警系统,实现了 在北斗船载终端图形显示台风、海上雷雨大风、海上大风、海上大雾等信息的功能。 该系统通过对气象信息进行编码,解 决了北斗系统字节传输限制的问题,利用北斗组播技术将气象信息传输到北斗船载终端,采用 Nginx 保证系统各软件模块 负载均衡,使用 RocketMQ 消息队列来管理系统各软件模块的中间消息,同时为了加快数据的查询和显示,采用 Redis 缓 存技术对数据进行缓存。 通过该系统,海上作业用户可以实时动态了解自己船只与台风、海上雷雨大风等灾害性天气落 区之间的位置关系,及时判断出避险的最佳路线和时机,这大大提升了海南海洋气象服务能力及海洋防灾减灾能力。
Abstract:
Due to the lack of maritime communication means,Beidou shipborne terminal can receive weather meteorological information through Beidou short message function, which is an important way for users to obtain weather information. In order to provide intuitionistic and graphical meteorological forecast and early warning information for the vessels installed Beidou terminal in real time, based on the characteristics of Beidou short message, we design a meteorological information code that meets the requirements of Beidou short message and has strong expansibility. On this basis,we design and develop the visual meteorological early warning system of Beidou shipborne terminal to realize the function of displaying typhoon, thunderstorm gales, gales, fog and other information on the Beidou shipboard terminal. The system solves the problem of byte transmission limitation of Beidou system by coding meteorological information. It uses Beidou multicast technology to transmit meteorological information to Beidou shipborne terminal,uses Nginx to ensure the load balance of all software modules of the system, uses RocketMQ message queue to manage the intermediate messages of all software modules of the system,and uses Redis to speed up the query and display of data Caching technology caches data. Through this system,the users of offshore operation can dynamically know the location relationship between their ships and typhoon,thunderstorm,gale and other disastrous weather areas in real time,and judge the best route and opportunity to avoid danger in time,which greatly improves the service ability of marine meteorology and the ability of marine disaster prevention and mitigation in Hainan.
