摘要:
随着业务和时代的发展,气象服务向着集约化、标准化、信息化、精细化、自动化的方向在发展,为了实现一键式多手段和全自动化的气象信息快速制作发布,有效监控气象信息发布效果,保证气象信息发布渠道的有效性和安全性,海南省气象局设计开发了气象产品制作发布与监控平台。 该系统整合对接了各气象数据来源系统,汇总了海南全省各类气象基础数据,采用产品模板技术,实现了气象信息快速准确的制作,整合对接了短信、声讯、传真、网站、微博、电视、FTP、大喇叭、电子显示屏等现有的各类信息发布渠道,实现全自动及一键式多手段的气象信息快速发布,并实现了统一的对外数据服务接口 API。 该系统目前已经投入业务使用,结果表明,该系统满足了海南全省各类气象信息的采集,编辑,传输和发布需求,在很大程度上提高了气象服务产品制作发布的自动化程度,大大提高了业务人员的工作效率。
Abstract:
With the development of business and times,meteorological service is developing towards intensification,standardization,informatization,refinement and automation. In order to realize rapid production and release of meteorological information by one key,multi-means and full automation, effective-ly monitor the effect of meteorological information release,and guarantee the effectiveness and safety of meteorological information release channel Hainan Meteorological Bureau has designed and developed a platform for producing,issuing and monitoring meteorological products. The system integrates and docks various meteorological data sources, summarizes all kinds of meteorological basic data in Hainan Province,realizes rapid and accurate production of meteorological information with product template technology,and integrates and docks short messages, voice messages and faxes, Web site, microblog, TV, FTP, loudspeaker,electronic display screen and other existing channels for information dissemination,to achieve full automatic and one-click multi-means rapid release of meteorological information and a unified external data service interface API. At present,the system has been put into operation. The results show that the system meets the needs of collecting,editing,transmitting and distributing all kinds of meteorological information in Hainan Province, which greatly improves the automation of the production and distribution of meteorological service products and the work efficiency of operational staff.
