摘要:
人工免疫系统是模仿生物免疫系统抵御外界信息侵入等各种原理和机制而发展的一种计算机智能控制方法。 这方法主要用以解决传统方法难以处理的复杂系统的控制问题。 根据生物免疫系统的概念和工作原理,人工免疫系统很适合解决具有自适应性、鲁棒性及动态性要求较高的实际工程问题。 针对加热炉温度控制系统具有非线性、耦合性、模型不确定性等复杂特点,为了使系统更好地适应工况的变化和干扰量的影响,对加热炉温度控制提出一种改进的人工免疫控制算法,并把这种控制算法与 PID 相结合提出一种新型人工免疫 PID 控制器,同时对加热炉温度分别进行串级控制、改进的人工免疫算法控制和新型人工免疫 PID 控制。 通过仿真曲线对三种控制进行比较,实验结果表明,新型人工免疫 PID控制器具有鲁棒性强、控制精度高等优点。
Abstract:
Artificial immune system (AIS) is a computer intelligent control method developed by imitating various principles and mechanisms of biological immune system to resist the invasion of external information,which is mainly used to solve the control problems of complex systems which are difficult to handle by traditional methods. According to the concept and working principle of biological immune system,artificial immune system is suitable for solving practical engineering problems with high requirements of adaptability,robustness and dynamics. Aiming at the complex characteristics of heating furnace temperature control system,such as non-linearity, coupling and model uncertainty,an improved artificial immune control algorithm is proposed for heating furnace temperature control in order to make the system better adapt to the change of working conditions and the influence of disturbance. A new type of control algorithm is proposed by combining this control algorithm with PID. Artificial immune PID controller,cascade control, improved artificial immune algorithm control and new artificial immune PID control are used to control the temperature of heating furnace respectively. The simulation curves are used to compare the three kinds of control.The experiment shows that the new artificial immune PID controller has strong robustness and high control precision.
