摘要:
为实现更智能化、更高效的互动运转,区域医疗融合发展的时代趋势已使原来离散的业务系统向以电子健康档案和电子病历为业务主线的驱动模型整合,借助存储和网络技术的广泛应用,数据的自动收集、复制、发布、共享和快速传播变得越来越便捷,这同时带来对个人隐私保护的需求。文中结合基于SOA居民健康档案管理系统( EHR)的实际应用,给出了利用Web Service实现SOA的有效方法。平台以服务居民为中心,同时,有效地保障了协同医疗环境下的个人隐私,做到了公共策略与个人隐私策略的有效结合,实现了安全、可控的SOA居民健康档案
Abstract:
For more intelligent and efficient interactive operation,the trends of the times of regional medical fusion development has made the original discrete service system to drive the model integrated with the electronic health records and electronic medical records for the business lines,widely used by the storage and network technology,automatic data collection,copying,publishing,sharing and rapid propa-gation has become more and more convenient,it also brings the requirements of protection of personal privacy. In this paper,combined with the actual application of health records management system ( EHR) based on SOA,the effective method of realizing SOA based on Web Service platform is presented. The platform is to serve the residents as the center,at the same time,depending on the effective combi-nation of general strategy and the privacy policy which has achieved health archives safety,under the effective protection of the coopera-tive medical environment of controllable SOA residents
