摘要:
文中旨在开发一个适用于船用配件制造业供应链合作伙伴选择的评价系统,传统的决策方法一般带有较大的人为因素。文章采用基于DEA/AHP的综合评价法运用层次分析法(AHP)对指标进行加权处理,并在DEA求解目标函数中引入相对决策重要因子,弥补了传统DEA方法完全依赖输入、输出指标数据,不能真实反应指标实际重要程度的缺陷。最后介绍了船用配件制造业的合作伙伴选择系统,该系统采用webservice方式,提供一个跨平台调用的接口,可以适应各企业自身的管理系统。结果表明,该方法具有较好的通用性和可操作性
Abstract:
The purpose is to develop an estimate system which is suitable for marine parts manufacturing partner selection in the supply chain. The traditional selecting methods are commonly influenced by factitious factors. The synthesis estimating method based on DEA/ AHP associates the criterion with different weights is applied, and the relative deciding key-factor is imported when the target function is being solved by DEA. The disadvantage that the traditional DEA depends on the input-output data too much to reflect the importance of the criterion effectively is conquered. Then the marine parts manufacturing partner selection system is proposed. This system uses the "webservice" methods to provide a cross-platform interfaces which can be adapted to the enterprise's own management system. The resuit shows that this method is of better applicability and maneuverability
