摘要:: 加强预算管理已越来越成为科研项目管理的重要发展趋势。开发科研项目预算管理系统的难点在于不同经费来源单位项目预算科目不尽相同，同时项目预算科目与财务会计科目的核算维度不相同。系统通过模板技术，建立项目预算科目与会计核算科目的映射关系，很好地实现了预算归集，从而实现了课题经费的实时管理与控制。系统已在某大型科研机构的信息系统中予以应用，并且与其ERP财务系统、网上报销系统、科研项目系统实现了很好的集成，为规范科研机构的项目经费管理提供很好的信息化支撑

Abstract:: Strengthening budget management has increasingly become an important trend of the research project management. The difficul-ty of development of research projects budget management system lies in the difference of budget accounts between one source of funding from another,not the same accounting dimension of the project budget accounts and financial accounting subjects. The system gets the budget total using the template technology to establish the the mappings of project budget accounts and accounting subjects. It achieves re-al-time management and control of research funds. The system has to be applied in the information system of a large research institutions, integrated its ERP financial system,online expense system,research project management system. It provides good IT support for the fun-ding of the project management of research institutions
