摘要:
互联网技术的普及和应用，使电子政务得到了迅速的发展。为适应行业监管的特殊需要，使用集成Struts、Spar,和Hiixrnate三种J2EE框架技术，可以快速构建一个多层的可复用、可扩展、实用的食品药品监督管理系统。深入讨论J2EE应用系统开发过程及其相关技术，提出了系统的解决方案。通过系统的建设，借助信息化的管理手段建立起监管部门与企业间的信息交流渠，实现了监管人员的移动办公和移动执法，实现了网上办公，方便监管人员的现场办公和执法。
