摘要:
在制造业中，随着企业资源计划（ERP）的发展，越来越多的企业开始考虑ERP与制造执行系统（MES）之间的集成。介绍了MES与ERP系统集成的必要以及MES的概念和功能模型，对制造业中计划层和执行层的信息系统进行了分析。采用阃接集成模式，以某钢铁企业ERP和MES系统的集成为例，对其集成的方法、技术进行了分析和描述。通过在实际工厂环境下的测试表明，系统在四个方面（生产效率、在制品数量、工程变更时间与交货周期）上有较明显的性能提升，使得改进后的系统能够更精细地控制生产过程，提高生产效率。
