分析当前国土资源信息系统的现实需要和发展趋势，说明了建立新型国土资源信息系统的必要性；重点研究了当前国土资源信息系统建设的关键技术。这些关键技术对提高国土资源管理的效率以及现代化水平起到了巨大作用，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益
Abstract:
Analyzed practical requirements and developmental trends of the land and resources information system whose necessity of constructing was also been detailed. And focused on researching of technical key points,which benefited both economically and socially by huge promotion on both increased efficiency of administration and high level of modernization
