摘要:
为了提升海南省气象局科技管理的自动化程度,提高科技工作人员的工作效率,实现科技信息共享,海南省气象局设计开发了海南省气象科技管理系统,制定了科研项目管理流程,建立了海南省气象科技数据库,实现了网上科研项目管理、科技统计及科技信息共享等功能。 该系统基于 B / S 结构,运用 MVC 设计模式及 ASP. NET 技术,采用 C#语言进行开发,以 SQL Server 数据库作为数据后台支撑,系统功能模块和显示模块分离,具有较高的可维护性、可扩展性、可移植性和组件的可复用性。 系统分为前台系统和后台系统两个部分,前台系统主要实现了科技信息展示及共享功能,后台系统主要实现了网上科研项目管理、科技统计及科技信息发布等功能。 该系统目前已经投入使用,运行稳定。 结果表明,该系统减轻了科技管理人员的工作量,实现了科技管理工作的规范性及延续性,提高了科技共享水平,为海南省气象局的科技管理工作提供有力的系统支撑。
Abstract:
In order to improve the automation degree of scientific and technological management of Hainan Meteorological Bureau,improve the work efficiency? ? ? ? ? ? of scientific and technological staff and realize the sharing of scientific and technological information,HainanMeteorological Bureau has designed and developed the Hainan meteorological science and technology management system,formulated thescientific research project management process, established the meteorological science and technology database of Hainan Province,andrealized the functions of online scientific research project management, scientific and technological statistics, and scientific andtechnological information sharing. Based on B / S structure,with MVC design pattern and software ASP. NET technology,the system isdeveloped by C# language. With SQL Server database as the data back-end support,separation of system function module and displaymodule,the system has high maintainability,scalability,portability and component reusability. The system is divided into two parts:theforeground system and the background system. The foreground system mainly realizes the display and sharing of scientific andtechnological information,and the background system mainly realizes the online scientific research project management, scientific andtechnological statistics and scientific and technological information release. The system has been put into use and runs stably. It isshowed that the system reduces the workload of science and technology management personnel,realizes the standardization and continuityof science and technology management, improves the level of science and technology sharing, and provides strong system support forscience and technology management of Hainan Meteorological Bureau.
