摘要:
食品供应链中长期存在食品安全隐患,而无线射频识别技术正是解决这一问题的关键方法之一。 射频识别技术凭借自身具备的技术和概念优势被广泛应用于各种货品的供应链管理,但由于受到系统设计理念和技术的限制,国内的RFID 读写器产品很难推广到食品供应链等普通民用领域。 基于这一现状,设计并实现了一种基于 UHF RFID 的便携式超高频读写器,让安卓手机充当传统读写器的键盘和显示屏。 使用 Android studio 开发手机应用程序,食品在供应链流通过程中工作人员可以通过手机 APP 远程控制 RFID 模块与食品中的电子标签进行完整的数据通信。 手机底层固件下发指令经由蓝牙模块传入 RFID 读写模块,读写模块与标签完成选择、盘存操作后读取标签中的数据,从而完成食品与终端设备间的信息交换,实时掌握食品在整个供应链网络中的流通信息。 智慧化、信息化食品供应链管理,进一步保障了食品安全。
Abstract:
Food safety hazards have long existed in the food supply chain,and radio frequency identification ( RFID) technology is one of the key methods? to solve this problem. Radio frequency identification technology is widely used in the supply chain management of various goods by virtue of? ? ?the technical and conceptual advantages it possesses. However,due to the limitations of the system design concept and technology,it is difficult? to promote domestic RFID reader products to general civilian areas such as the food supply chain.Based on this situation,a portable UHF RFID-based UHF reader is designed and implemented,allowing an Android mobile phone to act as the keyboard and display of the traditional reader. Using Android studio to develop mobile phone applications,food in the supply chain circulation process,user can control the RFID module remotely through a mobile phone APP for complete data communication with the electronic tags in the food. Mobile phone underlying firmware issued instructions through the Bluetooth module into the RFID read-write module,read-write module and tag complete selection,inventory operation read the data in the tag,so as to complete the information exchange between the food and the terminal equipment, real-time grasp? ? ? ?of food circulation information in the entire supply chain network. Making food supply chain management intelligent and informative and further ensuring food safety.
