摘要:
冠状动脉造影是诊断和治疗心血管疾病的有效方法,被称为诊断心血管疾病的“金标准”。 对冠状动脉造影应用图像处理技术、研究冠状动脉血管形态、狭窄程度以及斑块性质、诊断和治疗病情 提供参考。 根据区域间不连续性和区域内相似性两个准则,将应用在冠状动脉造影中的图像处理技术分为了三类:基于边界的、基于区域的、结合特定理论和工具的。 在基于边界的图像处理技术中,介绍了参数变形模型和几何变形模型,在基于区域的图像处理技术中介绍了阈值分割法和区域生长法,并对比总结了现有图像处理技术存在的缺陷。 介绍了冠状动脉狭窄和冠状动脉斑块性质的判断方法,介绍了目前应用图像处理对冠状动脉狭窄和冠状动脉斑块性质进行判断的专利技术。
Abstract:
Coronary angiography is an effective method for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease and is known as the “gold standard” for the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. The application of image processing technology to coronary angiography is conducive to the study of coronary vascular morphology, stenosis and plaque properties, and provides a reference for diagnosis and treatment of the disease. According to the discontinuity between regions and the similarity within regions,the image processing techniques applied in coronary angiography are divided into three categories: boundary-based,region-based,and combined with specific theories and tools. In the boundary-based image processing technology,the parametric deformation model and the geometric deformation model are introduced. In the region-based image processing technology, the threshold segmentation method and the region growth method are introdu-ced, and the shortcomings of the existing image processing technology are compared and summarized. The method of judging coronary artery stenosis and the properties of coronary plaques is introduced,and the patented technology of judging coronary artery stenosis and coronary plaques using image processing is introduced.
