摘要:
在三维测量图像处理系统中,基于结构光的测量技术以其非接触性、测量精度高、高实时性等特点被广泛使用,而快速准确提取图像中的光带中心位置是影响系统测量精度的关键问题之一.针对结构光光源质量、物体表面反光等多种环境因素所带来的光带图像质量不佳的问题,提出一种将极值法与Steger方法相结合,并充分发挥两者优点的改进算法.该算法首先利用极值法快速得到光带中心的粗略位置和ROI光带区域,然后根据区域中光带的线宽分段采用Steger法精确提取图像中光带的亚像素位置.实验结果表明,该算法面对多种复杂环境的影响,能比较有效快速地获取结构光光带中心,具有较高的提取精度和良好的鲁棒性,进而对后续三维图像系统的测量任务提供良好的精度保障.
Abstract:
In the three-dimensional measurement image processing system,the measurement technology based on the structure light is widely used due to its non-contact,high precision and strong real-time. To extract the center of the optical band in the image quickly and accurately is one of the key problems that affect the measurement accuracy of the system. Because of the quality of the structure light source and the reflection of the surface of the object,the image quality of the light band is not satisfactory. Therefore,we propose an im- proved algorithm to combine the extremum method and the Steger method,and give full play to the advantages of them. First of all,it u- ses the extreme value method to obtain the initial position of the centerline and the ROI band range. And then according to the strip line width section the Steger method is used to accurately extract the sub-pixel position of the center of the band. Experiment shows that this method can get linear structured light band center accurately and effectively in a variety of complex environments,and has high extraction precision and strong robustness,which can provide precision guarantee for the following image measurement system.
