摘要:
随着我国高等教育规模的不断扩大,大学毕业生人数逐年快速增加,而企事业单位提供的工作岗位增长缓慢。 在当今这样的社会经济环境下,大学毕业生的就业形势十分艰巨,不容乐观,目前很多毕业生还对工作岗位挑三拣四、吹毛求疵,更是加重了就业艰难的问题。 文中分析了当代大学毕业生就业趋势、社会提供的工作岗位的相关要求,探讨了大学毕业生选择工作岗位时考虑的重要因素指标,采取定量与定性相结合的层次分析法计算每个指标权重值,力求客观、真实地反映大学生选择工作岗位的心态和社会挑选人才的条件,希望给家长提供一些帮助,正确地引导孩子选择工作岗位,缓解社会就业压力大的困境,也为用人单位设置工作岗位给予一些建议,让更多的大学生能够满意选择的工作岗位。
Abstract:
With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education in China,the number of university graduates has increased rapidly year by year,but the jobs provided by enterprises and institutions have raised slowly. In today’s social and economic environment,the employment of university graduates is very arduous and not optimistic,and many graduates are still so picky about their jobs that it adds to the difficulty of getting job. The employment trend of contemporary university graduates and the related requirements of the jobs provided by the society are analyzed,and the important factors that the university graduates choose the job are discussed. The Analytic Hier-
archy Process (AHP) of quantitative and qualitative analysis is adopted to calculate the weight of each index,which strives to objectively and practically reflect the mentality of college students for jobs hunting and social selection of personnel conditions. It hopes to provide some help for students’ parents with the right guidance to jobs hunting of their children and ease of employment pressure,and also some suggestions for the employers to set up jobs so that more college students are satisfied with them.
