摘要:
 岗位的设置取决于一组与其相互联系的工作,不同工作需要运用不同的工具,作用于不同的对象,同时对其工作人员有不同知识和技能的要求。不同的岗位往往包含许多相同或相似的工作,从而具有不同程度的共性。 TCAM正是一种分析不同工作之间相似性的模型,对它的研究对于部门岗位的设置确定、优化重组、责任划分等均具有重要的意义。文中介绍了TCAM的起源,TCAM的含义、作用和基本原理,并列举了应用TCAM进行MOS重组的基本过程,结果得出了应用TCAM的优点和不足。该模型客观系统、思路新颖,有助于国内、军内工作岗位的改革调整。
Abstract:
 Job depends on a set of tasks interrelated,different jobs require the use of different tools for the different objects,and there are different requirements for the knowledge and skills of its staff. Different jobs often contain many same or similar tasks,so they have a dif-ferent degree of commonality. TCAM is just a model for analyzing the similarity of tasks. Its research is helpful for setting jobs,restructu-ring and the division of responsibilities. In this paper,mainly introduce the beginning,meaning,function,basic principle of TCAM,and list the process of restructuring MOS by TCAM,the results obtain the advantages and disadvantages of applying TCAM. This model is ob-jective and innovative,and helpful for reforming in the internal country and army.
