摘要:
通过分析投票选举系统的系统结构和具体工作流程,利用图像处理和符号识别技术,实现了一套基于机电一体化的投票选举系统.该系统基于OCR技术,采用独特的票箱整体设计,对图像处理算法进行优化,通过定位、分割,提取符号特征,最终识别出√、○、×、╲、-、╱等一些手写符号,并且进行传输、储存和统计,实现选举的完全自动化处理.该选举系统完全实现了选票的自动录入和自动识别功能.该系统使得选票版面可以更复杂、信息量更大,选票制作、保存、涂写更方便,是较为先进的OCR网络投票系统
Abstract:
By the analysis of voting system structure and the specific voting process,using the technology of image process and symbol recognition,a voting system is implemented based on mechatronics. The system is based on the OCR,adopts the unique overall box de-sign,optimizes the image processing algorithm,through the positioning and segmentation extracts symbol,and finally identifies some handwritten symbols such as√、○、×、╲、-、╱,and carry out transmission,storage and statistics,realize fully automated processing for election. The election system fully implements the function of the automatic entry and automatic identification of votes,which enables the votes layout can be more complicated with a lot of information,make votes producing,saving,scribbling more convenient,is relatively advanced OCR network voting system
