摘要:
为提高起重机安全监控的效率,文中给出了一种基于Zigbee无线通信技术的起重机智能远程监控系统。该系统将Zigbee无线通信技术与起重机监控技术相结合,采用三级式的网络分布策略,可实现不同用户对起重机工作状态的远程监控,并针对不同的现场环境给出了不同的通信方式,同时引入了超帧调度算法避免网络节点之间的信标帧冲突,保证了起重机监控器通信节点的网络同步。该系统CPU采用MC9S12DG128,使用CC2530实现Zigbee通信,实验证明对加强起重机安全有一定的作用
Abstract:
To increase the efficience of monitoring for cranes,a remote monitoring system for cranes based on Zigbee wireless technology is given in this paper.Zigbee wireless technology and monitoring technology for cranes are combined and three class network distribution strategies are used to realize the remote monitoring of the crane condition for different users.According to various industrial environments different communication methods are provided.Super frame scheduling algorithm is introduced to avoid beacon frame conflict,which ensures the network synchronization of the crane monitor communications node.The system uses MC9S12DG128 as CPU and communication is achieved by using CC2530.Experiments show that there is a certain strengthening of the safety of cranes
