摘要:
随着科技强警战略的全面落实,大力加强公安机关信息化建设,建立科学有效的公安绩效考核指标体系对提高和改进整体社会治安管理工作有其重要的作用。通过分析历年指标体系和相关信息,应用主成分分析法(PCA)确定公安关键绩效考核指标,在此基础上,应用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标权重,通过两两比较的方式分析判断各指标的相对重要性,得到各指标相对重要性的总排序,并将考核过程中产生的考核数据运用数据包络分析模型(DEA),验证绩效目标管理的有效性,拓展开展检验指标体系信度的研究,为绩效的改进提供依据
Abstract:
With the full implementation of police training and technology strategy, it is important to vigorously strengthen the public security organs of information, establish the scientific and effective performance appraisal system which can enhance and improve the overall management of social security. Through analyzing index system and relevant information over the years, use principal component analysis (PCA) to determine Public key performance indicator, based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the index weight, by pair wise comparison approach analysis to determine the relative importance of each indicator and obtain the total order of relative imP0r- tance. The evaluation of data generated during the assessment model use data envelopment analysis { DEA) to verify the effectiveness of management performance objectives, expanding the index system to carry out tests of reliability, provide the basis for performance improvement
