摘要:
介绍了用于飞行控制实验平台的舵机信号采集方法。在虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW8.5环境下,用图形化编程语言实现串口通信,使上位PC机软件对四路舵机反馈信号可进行实时监控。在硬件结构上,利用舵机控制系统采集舵机反馈模拟信号并进行A/D转换,最后以数组的形式通过RS422串口送至上位机。详细介绍了软件平台的数据处理、数据存储模块,最终实现了四路舵机数据采集、实时显示、存储等功能,解决了舵机反馈数据量较大、通信速度快、不易观察的问题。经验证,系统稳定,具有很强的可靠性和良好的扩展性
Abstract:
The method of collecting rudder signal which is used in flight control platform is introduced. In LabVIEW 8.5 environment, the serial communication is realized by graphics programe language so that the real-time feedback data of four channels rudder can be watched by the software of PC. In the hardware structure, the rudder control system is used to collect feedback analog signal which is transformed into digital signal and transmitted to PC in the form of array through RS422. The modules of data processing and storage are introduced in detail. Finally display and storage of the four channels rudder dam is realized and the problem that the volume of rudder data is too huge to watch is solved. It is proved that the system is stable with strong reliability and good expansibility
