根据UDP协议的特点，介绍了测控通信平台的功能和逻辑结构。通过对数据通信流程的分析，提出了数据发送机制设计的新方法，同时，针对发送定时器带来的负面影响，提出可行的处理方法。本设计有效地提高了测控通信系统的可靠性和实时性。经过测试，本设计能够满足测控通信系统功能要求
Abstract:
Introduces the function and logic structure of a monitoring and communication platform based on characteristic of UDP protccol. Proposes a new design method for data transmission mechanism through the analysis of the data communication process, meanwhile, provides a feasible solution in view of the negative impact of transmission timer. This design effectively improves reliability and real - time of the monitoring and communication platform. After testing, this design can meet the functional requirements
