描述了如何在软件工程环境中增加面向软件过程的成本度量和成本控制功能。阐述了面向软件过程的成本模型，与产品分解的成本模型不同，提出把可复用的软件过程作为成本度量的对象；介绍了软件过程及成本度量的本体，使得度量的对象和度量数据都有语义背景，并说明如何在软件工程环境下进行成本度量和过程改进，最后给出了功能模块
Abstract:
Describes the way of adding software process oriented cost- metric and cost control capability to software engineering environment （SEE）. Firstly, software process oriemed cost model is introduced, different from the cost model based on product - analyzed, defines the reusable software process as the object of cost - metric. And then provides ontology of software process and cost - metric in order to give a semantic background of cost- metric object and metric data. Also describes how to measure cost and improve software process under the SEE. Finally gives the function module of the system
