摘要:
高效的科研管理信息系统有助于科研管理人员摆脱繁重的工作任务。介绍了针对高校科研管理特点开发的采用C／S和B／S混合结构的管理信息系统的设计与实现，阐述了系统的体系结构、主要功能、设计方法及系统特点，分析了系统所采用的ADO、ASP等核心技术的实现。混合模式下的科研管理信息系统成功运行在很大程度上提高了学校科研管理水平和工作效率
Abstract:
With the aid of high efficiency research management information system, scientific research managers can break away from heavy task. The paper develops an information system which suits the scientific research management and based on the hybrid scheme of C/S and B/S. The system frame, main function, the method of design and the characteristic of the system are presented. Realization of the technology adopted in this system such as ADO, ASP, etc are analyzed. It improved scientific research management level and work efficiency of universities that the scientific research management information system based on the hybrid scheme has run successfully
