摘要:
现代企业对资金流的控制十分严格，但是绝大部分企业的费用审批还停滞在手动填单、逐级递交、逐级审批的现状，既没有效率也不利于与国际接轨。文中采用基于．NET平台技术和SQL Server2000数据库开发了一个改变原始审批流程操作的自动审批流程系统，缩短了审批时间，提高了企业的工作效率，真正实现了无纸办公，为电子商务时代企业的发展提供了崭新的模式
Abstract:
There are strict control to the fund flow in the modem company,but most expense approvals have stayed in the status of manual fill, submit and approval by steps. This method has no efficiency ,and isn＇t good to keep up with the international company. This paper implements an automatic appmvall flow management system using the technology of . NET and SQL Server 2000 based on the approval flow of a company. This system can change the primitive approval flow, shorten the time of the flow progress, improve the efficiency of the whole company. This technology fulfills the true no- paper office operation which gives the company a new development model in the E - Business era
