摘要:
 现在的食品行业已经变得越来越以客户为中心,所以需要更快的响应时间来处理食品安全事件. 目前的食品标签制度并不能保证食品是正宗、优质和安全的. 良好的可追溯系统有助于减少生产和配送不安全或质量差的产品,从而最大限度地减少了潜在的负面效果和产品召回. 因此,追溯应用作为一种工具来保证食品安全和质量而获得消费者的信任. 文中研究了关于食品供应链中安全和质量的可追溯系统. 随着食品安全得到越来越多的关注,对于新兴的物联网技术的研究应用能够为食品安全保驾护航.
Abstract:
 The food industry is becoming more customer-oriented and needs faster response times to deal with food security incidents. The current food labeling system cannot guarantee that the food is authentic,good and safe. Good traceability system helps to minimize the production and distribution of unsafe or poor quality products,thereby minimizing the potential for bad publicity and recalls. Therefore, traceability is applied as a tool to assist in the assurance of food safety and quality as well as to achieve consumer confidence. In this pa-per,research the traceability system with regards to safety and quality in the food supply chain. In recent years,food safety gets more and more attention. The research and application of emerging IoT is helpful to the security of food supply.
