自动驾驶技术的测试实验和算法开发需要大量数据集支撑,为获取自动驾驶汽车实际运行过程中的车辆状态与环境数据,设计实现了一种自动驾驶数据采集与管理系统。 系统通过高精度传感器采集车辆实时状态数据和环境数据,采用多传感器模块化设计,可以按需求灵活配置传感器,由数据处理模块接收并处理传感器数据,以 HTTP 接口和 FTP 协议作为数据传输方式,使用 NodeJS 高性能云端服务器接收数据,TDengine 时序数据库存储数据。 系统通过 5G 模块保证数据稳定、高速传输,通过数据采集监控平台可实时查看当前车辆状态和传感器连接运行状态,通过数据管理平台可以下载过往采集数据。 实际测试结果表明,系统在高频率请求数据接收接口的情况下,接口请求成功率为 100% ,接口响应时间在 8 ms 左右,整个系统能够稳定运行且数据接收响应延时低,能够满足实时采集和存储管理自动驾驶数据的需求。

The test and algorithm development of automatic driving technology needs a lot of data sets to support. In order to get thevehicle status and environmental data of the actual driving process of the autonomous vehicle,an automatic driving data acquisition andmanagement system is designed and implemented. The system collects vehicle real-time status data and environmental data through high-precision sensors with multi-sensor modular design,and can flexibly configure sensors according to requirements. The data processingmodule receives and processes sensor data,takes HTTP interface and FTP protocol as data transmission methods,uses NodeJS high-performance cloud server to receive data and TDengine timing database to store data. The system ensures stable and high - speed datatransmission through 5G module. The current vehicle status and sensor connection operation status can be viewed in real time through thedata acquisition and monitoring platform,and the past collected data can be downloaded through the data management platform. Theactual test results show that when the system requests the data receiving interface at high frequency,the success rate of the interfacerequest is 100% ,and the interface response time is about 8 ms. The whole system can run stably and the data receiving response delay islow,which can meet the needs of real-time acquisition,storage and management of automatic driving data.
