摘要:
情感分析作为自然语言处理的一个重要研究领域,近年来一直是国内外研究的热点。 注意力机制是计算机科学与认知神经科学的交叉研究方向,通过赋予权重的方式突出重要词汇,提高目标检测精准度,并增强神经网络模型的可解释性。 在近年来的研究中,注意力机制在情感分析中的重要作用越来越明显,受到了国内外学界的关注。 该文首先介绍了注意力机制的概念和内涵,并从不同角度对注意力机制进行分类;其次系统地阐述了注意力机制结合各类神经网络模型在情感分析中的应用;然后梳理了基于注意力机制的特征融合情感分析模型;接着对结合注意力机制的多模态情感分析进行整理;最后给出了注意力机制在情感分析中的研究趋势,该研究为注意力机制在情感分析中的进一步研究提供参考。
Abstract:
As an important application of natural language processing technology,sentiment analysis is a hot research topic at home and abroad. Attention mechanism is the intersection of computer science and cognitive neuroscience. It highlights important vocabulary by assigning weights,improves the accuracy of target detection and enhances the interpretability of neural network models. In recent years,the important role of attention mechanism in sentiment analysis has become more and more obvious, and it has attracted the attention of academic circles at home and abroad. Firstly,we introduce the concept and connotation of attention mechanism and classify attention mechanism from different perspectives. Secondly, we systematically explain the application of attention mechanism combined with various neural network models in sentiment analysis. Next,we sort out the feature fusion sentiment analysis based on attention mechanism model,and then sort out the multi - modal sentiment analysis combined with the attention mechanism. Finally, the research trend of attention mechanism in sentiment analysis is proposed, which provides a reference for the further research of attention mechanism in sentiment analysis.
