传统的对大学宿舍物业管理是过于落后,学生进行设备报修、对维修的结果进行反馈都需要去手动登记,宿舍物管需要发布信息时都是人工通知以及当学生对一些宿舍管理不满时,无法正确及时地反馈给第三方监管机构,这些问题导致学生报修无法及时更新以及物管的一些信息无法及时通知到每一个同学。 基于以上问题,该文基于三层架构设计了一个学生物业管理平台,为学生提供更信息化、标准化的服务。 学生宿舍物业管理平台基于 ASP. NET 平台,通过学生、宿舍物管、学校后勤处三方数据库共享,宿舍物管部门可以通过该平台发布相关消息,学生可以投诉、监督宿舍水电及其他设备的维修进度,学校后勤处可以通过该平台实施对于物管部门的监督、管理,从而为学生宿舍物业提供标准化、信息化的管理。
Abstract:
The traditional management of university dormitory properties is out of date. Students need to register for equipment repairs and feedback on the results of repairs manually.? The dormitory property management requires manual notification when information is released and students are dissatisfied with some dormitory manage-ment.? At the same time, the correct and timely feedback cannot be provided to the third-party regulatory agency. These problems lead to the failure to update the? student repairs in time and some information of the property management express to each student in time. Based on the above problems, we design a student property management platform based on a three-tier architecture to provide students with more informational and standardized services. The student dormitory property manage-ment system is based on the ASP. NET platform, and is shared by the student, dormitory property management, and school logistics department. The dormitory property management department can publish relevant information through the platform. The school logistics department can implement the supervision and management of the property management department through this platform, so as to provide standardized and information management for student dormitory properties.
