摘要:
随着云计算、移动互联网技术的发展,支付技术和方式发生了显著变化。 传统的校园实体卡无法满足高校师生无卡支付的需求,为了解决校园实体卡用户体验差、第三方支付市场碎片化、商户接入维护成本费用高、财务资金结算对账困难等问题,在充分研究校园卡应用现状和目前流行的二维码支付技术的基础上,设计并实现了一套基于聚合支付的新一代校园卡系统。 该系统兼容校园实体卡功能,融合当前主流的支付方式,使用银行统一的支付通道和接口,建设私有云和公有云相结合的电子校园卡聚合支付体系,同时为保证校园卡系统的高可用,设计完成了校园内完整的闭环电子支付交易体系。 实践证明,整套系统具有支付方便、实名认证、数据本地化存储、账户管理体系完备、对账简单高效、满足资金监管需求等优势,可为高校校园卡系统建设提供解决方案和参考价值。
Abstract:
With the development of cloud computing and mobile Internet technology, payment technology and methods have changed significantly. Traditional campus entity? ? ? ?card can’t satisfy the demand of college students and teachers’ Card-Not-Present. In order to solve the problems such as poor user experience of campus entity card, fragmentation of the third-party payment market, high cost of merchant access and maintenance, and difficulty of financial fund settlement and reconciliation, on the? basis of fully studying the current situation of campus card application and the current popular QR code payment technology, we design and implement a new generation of campus card system based on aggregate payment. The system is compatible with the campus entity card function, integrates the current mainstream payment methods, uses the unified payment channel and interface of the bank, and builds an aggregate payment system combining the private cloud and the public cloud. At the same time,in order to ensure the high availability of the campus card system,acomplete closed-loop electronic payment transaction system is designed in the campus. The practice shows that the whole system has the advantages of convenient payment,real-name authentication,localized data storage,complete account management system,simple and efficient reconciliation,and meeting the needs of capital supervision. It can provide solutions and reference value for the construction of campus card system in colleges and universities.
