摘要:
利用 UNIT 的自然语言理解与交互技术,结合用户行为分析,开展基于 AI 智能语音人机交互的应用研究,以实现智能交互式的气象服务。 现阶段语音查询天气预报的应用场景已经日渐普及,但如何解决智能化的服务提醒尚有较大差距。 该文提出在 UNIT 技术的基础上, 通过收集并结合 Hadoop 分布式处理技术引入 Map Reduce 计算模式, 依托“智慧气象”APP、“天气罗盘”小程序、“气象安全导航”APP 等浙江省气象局的服务平台和出口积累的用户行为数据,分析历史用户查询天气的时间、地点、天气状况等数据,得出用户在特定环境下获取气象信息的潜在深层次需求,将其融入智能语音交互气象服务的业务逻辑、技术流程中。 经实验和应用表明,结合用户行为分析的 AI 智能语音交互式气象服务极大地提升了用户体验,为智能化交互式气象服务向智慧化交互式气象服务发展转变提供了参考。
Abstract:
With natural language understanding and interaction technology of UNIT,combined with user behavior analysis,the application research based on AI intelligent voice human-computer interaction is carried out to realize intelligent interactive meteorological service.At present,the application scenario of voice query weather forecast has become more and more popular,but there is still a big gap      in how to solve the intelligent service reminder. On the basis of UNIT technology,we introduce Map Reduce computing mode by collecting and combining Hadoop distributed processing technology. Relying on the user behavior data accumulated by service platform and export of Zhejiang Meteorological Bureau such as “smart weather” APP, “weather compass” applet and “weather safety navigation” APP,we analyze the time,place,weather conditions and other data of historical users’weather query and get the potential deep-seated needs of users to obtain weather information in a specific environment, which are integrated into the business logic and technical process of intelligent voice interactive weather service. Experiments and applications show that the AI intelligent voice interactive weather service combined with user behavior analysis greatly improves the user experience and provides a reference for the development of intelligent in teractive weather service to intelligent interactive weather service
