摘要:
齿轮箱是现在大型机械的核心部件,其工作环境恶劣与多变。 齿轮及轴承等零部件易受损从而导致齿轮箱发生故障,因此对其工作状态需要时刻监控。 该文从企业实际需求出发,在.NET 开发环境下设计了远程在线齿轮箱监测系统。 该系统对齿轮箱的运行状态,包括转速、振动、温度、油压等特征参数进行测量及远程监控。对于采集过程中产生的海量数据,系统中利用缓存读取的实时采集策略和分段存储管理策略,较好地解决了实时性的问题。 系统对测量结果进行分析处理,可以形成柱状图、波形图、趋势图等实时图形,用户可以通过 PC 端和移动端实时监测设备运行,可以对出现的故障预警和报警及早采取措施,达到了把生产损失降到最低的目的。 系统中采用了集中监控管理的开发思想,把多个企业的齿轮箱监控集成在一套系统中。
Abstract:
The gearbox is now the core component of large machinery,of which the working environment is harsh and changeable. Gears,bearings and other parts are vulnerable to be damaged,which may lead to the failure of the gearbox. Therefore,the working state of the gearbox needs to be moni-tored all the time. We design a remote online gearbox monitoring system based on the actual needs of the enterprise in the . NET development environment. The system measures and remotely monitors the operating parameters of the gearbox,including the characteristic parameters such as rotational speed,vibration,temperature and oil pressure. For the massive data generated in the acquisition process,the real-time problem is solved by using the real-time acquisition strategy and segmentation storage management strategy of the cache read. The system can analyze and process the measurement results and form real-time graphs such as histograms,waveforms,and trend graphs. The users can monitor the operation of the equipment through the PC and the mobile terminal in real time,and can take early measures against the early warnings and alarms of faults,so as to reduce the production loss to the minimum. The development idea of centralized monitoring and management is adopted in the system,and the gearbox monitoring of multiple enterprises is integrated into one system.
