摘要:
工程机械需要各方技术人员协同完成整个产品的设计工作,设计周期可以从初期方案制定阶段一直延续到产品的交付使用。 以减少研制时间、降低研制费用、提高生产效益为目标,现代制造企业在大型复杂的工程机械装备研制过程中需要实现协同设计的开发与应用。 协同设计是在网络信息技术基础上,协调管理设计、制造、项目等各个独立的知识体系,从而能够充分利用分散的设计资源和制造资源。 在工程机械设计研制中建立的协同设计系统是一种基于网络信息技术的信息资源共享和远程信息交流的集成,融合了集中工作模式的管理功能,有效地解决企业“信息孤岛冶技术问题,能够让工程技术人员、设备设计人员以及项目管理人员等多方人员异地协作完成工程机械装备的最终设计工作。
Abstract:
Construction machinery requires technical personnel from all sides to cooperate in the design of the whole product. The design cycle can be extended from the initial plan making stage to the delivering and using of product. For the targets of reducing development time, lowing research costs and improving production efficiency, the most of advanced machining factories need to realize the development and application of collab-orative design in the development of large and complex engineering machinery and equipment. Collaborative design is an integration of inform- ation resource sharing and remote collaborative design based on network information technology,which makes full use of decentralized design? ? and manufacturing resources and coordinates the management of independent knowledge systems. Collaborative design structure system integrates the management function of centralized work mode and effectively solves the technical problem of "Information Island" in enterprises, which makes the product collaborative design of large and complex mechanical equipment possible.
