摘要:
随着 VR 技术和测试技术的不断发展,在生产能力建设中需要搭建地面复杂测试系统,针对复杂测试系统工艺平面图纸设计说明不直观,难以满足复杂条件下的工艺布置分析论证的要求,提出了采用模型与三维交互式可视化技术相结合的工艺布置虚拟化方法,设计了一种基于 VR 技术的测试系统工艺布置演示系统。 分析了系统组成及被测产品,设计了系统及被测产品 3D 模型;开发了系统介绍、虚拟布置和仿真调试功能模块;发布了 3D 显示和头盔演示程序。 通过系统测试验证应用,能够体验场景感受系统的真实性、产品移动安装的空间合理性,发现了平面设计难以体现的问题和不足,提高了工艺布置的有效性和科学性,为测试系统搭建和工艺布置实施奠定了良好的基础,并且具有一定的借鉴作用。
Abstract:
With the continuous development of VR technology and test technology,in productive capacity-building,it is necessary to set up the complex test system. Aiming at the requirements that the process layout design of the complex test system is not intuitive and it is difficult to meet the require-ments of the process layout analysis and demonstration under complex conditions, a process layout virtualization method combining the model? and 3D interactive visualization technology is proposed, and a VR-based technology demonstration system for the technology layout of test system is designed. The system composition and the products being tested is analyzed,3D model of system and product is designed,the system introduction, virtual arrangement and simulation debugging function modules are developed, and a 3D display and helmet demo program is released. Through the test verification application, we can experience the authenticity of the scene perception system and spatial rationality of product mobile installa-tion, finding problems and deficiencies that are difficult to embody in graphic design,improving the effectiveness and scientific of the process layout, which lays a solid foundation for the test system building and the implementation of the process layout and has a certain reference.
