摘要:
由于光交箱的大范围分布,导致光交箱管理方面出现难以及时维护、人工成本高、工作流程繁杂、光缆被盗现象严重等很多问题。 为了从根本上改变光交箱这类基础资源管理低下、维护成本高的现象,设计出一种基于 NB-IoT 的光交箱管理系统。 选用 STM32 芯片为核心设计出智能锁具硬件装置;采用 NB-IoT 技术将大规模的光交箱和控制器等组成物联网;利用 Java Web 和 MySQL 开发了系统界面和数据库系统,实现对光交箱的远程监控;利用 wechat_web_devtools 工具开发了手机端微信小程序,优化了光交箱的开关锁流程,提高了工作效率。 测试结果表明,该系统可以实现实时报警、光交箱的自动开关锁、施工方记录管理、光交箱信息管理等多项功能。 综上,该系统能够实时远程监控大规模的光交箱,并且响应速度快、开发成本低、易于操作。
Abstract:
Due to the wide distribution of the optical box,there are many problems such as difficulty in timely maintenance,high labor cost,complicated work flow,and serious optical cable theft in the management of the optical box. In order to fundamentally change the low resource management and high maintenance cost of optical box,we design a optical box management system based on NB-IoT. We use STM32 chip as the core to design the intelligent lock hardware device and NB-IoT technology to network large-scale optical boxes and controllers,develop a system interface and database system using Java Web and MySQL to realize remote monitoring of optical junction boxes,and develop the mobile-side WeChat applet using the wechat_web_devtools to optimize the switch lock process of the optical box and improve the work efficiency. The test shows that the system can realize real-time alarm,automatic switch lock of optical box,construction party record management,optical box information management and other functions. In summary,the system can remotely monitor large-scale optical boxes in real time,and has fast response speed,low development cost and easy operation.
