摘要:
随着城市现代化水平的不断提高、城市功能的不断完善,市政管网系统是否合理、设施运营是否安全、功能是否完善,已成为判断城市是否可持续发展的重要指标。 针对当前城市管线大数据信息分析、表达、应用的实际需要,设计和实现了智慧管网系统。 结合 GIS 空间信息技术、Web 技术和移动平台技术,设计桌面端、Web 端和移动端的相互融合,实现数据资源的集中管理和分布应用。 有效地将城市地下管线数据资源融入系统之中,实现地下管线数据二三维一体化,动态监测数据与规划设计于一体,融合空间信息、市政管理和应急决策于一体,提高管线在现代城市中运作的高效性。 通过实际的数据进行验证,较好地实现了桌面端、Web 端和移动端的智能统计、数据监测、业务统计以及巡检等功能,满足了智慧管网系统的功能需要。
Abstract:
With the continuous improvement of urban modernization level and urban function,whether the municipal pipe network system is reasonable,the facility operation is safe and the function is perfect has become an important indicator to judge whether the city is sustainable. Aiming at the practical needs of analyzing,expressing and applying big data of urban pipeline,we design and implement the intelligent pipeline system. Combining GIS spatial information technology,Web technology and mobile platform technology,we design the integration of desktop end,Web end and mobile end to realize centralized management and distributed application of data resources. The urban underground pipeline data resources are integrated into the system effectively to realize the two-three-dimensional integration of underground pipeline data, the integration of dynamic monitoring data with planning and design, and the integration of spatial information,municipal management and emergency decision-making,so that the efficient operation of pipelines in modern cities is improved. Through the actual data verification,the functions of intelligent statistics,data monitoring,business statistics and patrol inspection on desktop,Web and mobile terminals are implemented,satisfying the functional requirements of intelligent pipe network system.
