摘要:
目前对野生药用植物数据库研究主要集中在属性数据方面,而在药用植物空间数据方面的研究尚处于空白。 对此,文中首先总结归纳了阿勒泰地区野生药用植物种类;其次对这些年来国内外植物数据库的建设现状进行了综述,阐述了阿勒泰地区野生药用植物数据库建设内容,并对药用植物数据库的发展前景进行了展望。 将阿勒泰地区野生药用植物的属性数据和空间数据进行分类,并采用 PostgreSQL 数据库来构建阿勒泰地区野生药用植物资源数据库。 阿勒泰地区野生药用植物资源数据库系统分两大模块,一是管理模块,二是查询模块,管理模块主要的功能是用户管理及野生药用植物资源数据管理,查询模块实现了数据的录入、修改、删除以及显示查询结果数据等功能。 该数据库的建立将为深入研究阿勒泰地区野生药用植物的研究者提供科学依据。
Abstract:
At present,the research on the database of wild medicinal plants mainly focuses on the attribute data,and the research on the spatial data of medicinal plants is still blank. Therefore, firstly we summarize the species of wild medicinal plants in Altay region. Secondly,we sum up the situation of plant database construction at home and abroad in recent years, expound the content of the construction of wild medicinal plant database in Altay region,and prospect for the development of medicinal plant database. The attribute data and spatial data of wild medicinal plants in Altay region are classified,and a PostgreSQL database is used to construct the database of wild medicinal plant resources in Altay region. The database system of wild medicinal plant resources in Altay region is divided into two modules,one is the management module,the other is the query module. The main function of the former is user management and data management of wild medicinal plant resources,and the latter realizes the functions of data entry,modification,deletion and display of query result data. The establishment of this database will provide a scientific basis for the in - depth study of wild medicinal plant researchers in Altay region.
