摘要:
对智能白电产品系统软件现状、需求特征、架构要求进行了研究。 针对智能白电领域软件系统通用性差、多传感器匹配差、重复开发、研发周期长、配网体验差等问题,采用裁剪加定制的方法,以裁剪为基础,以核心定制为重点,研制了面向物联网的智能白电系统软件。 利用基于 SOC 的多路 PWM 信号相位差精控方法解决了同时实现相位高精度控制和CPU 低占用率的平衡问题,通过基于系统优化和 USB 扩展的多摄像头远程图像采集方法解决了通过单一主控芯片支持多摄像头并发采集、电源控制、内核不支持 USB 反复插拔等技术难题。 该设计方法在智能白电上实现了驱动多路图像采集、步进电机等外设,研究成果产生了显著的经济效益和社会效应,对于物联网家电系统应用研发具有参考意义。
Abstract:
The present research,demand characteristics and architecture requirements of the smart white goods OS are studied. In the field of the system software for smart white goods,there are many problems,such as poor universality,poor multi-sensor matching,repetitivedevelopment,long cycle for research and development,poor experience of device connect internet. By using the method of cutting andcustomization,with the cutting as the basis and core customization as the focus, the smart white goods oriented system software isdeveloped. By the innovation method based on SOC essence of multiplex PWM signal phase difference control,the problem of realizingsimultaneously balance between high precision phase control and low CPU occupancy is solved. And through the method based on systemoptimization and USB extension remote image acquisition,it also has solved many technical difficulty including a single master controlchip supporting multiple cameras concurrent collection,power control,USB repeated plug and pull not supported by the OS kernel. Thismethod realizes the external devices such as driving multi-channel image acquisition and stepper motor on intelligent white electricity.The research results have produced significant economic and social effects,which is of important reference significance to the applicationand development of Internet of Things appliance system.
