摘要:
为提高产品设计者产生创新方案的效率,利用设计知识驱动产品创新设计,提出一种基于本体的产品创新设计知识网络构建及分析方法。 在概念设计阶段,引入用户意图设计概念,利用 F、B、S、P 四类设计知识通过不同抽象层之间多对多映射关系,构建 PFBS 模型,建立设计知识网络并对其进行分析,计算和分析知识节点的度、集聚系数和效率等,挖掘网络拓扑结构特点,评价知识节点的重要度,在此基础上建立知识网络模型。 以预警机产品中的多芯线缆为例,阐述线缆设计本体知识,构建了预警机产品线缆设计知识网络,验证了该方法在解决产品设计过程中设计效率低等问题的有效性。
Abstract:
To improve the efficiency of innovative solutions from product designers,the use of design knowledge in product innovation design driven,we put forward a method of construction and analysis of product innovation design knowledge network based on ontology. In the conceptual design stage,introduction of user intention design concept,the PFBS model is built by multiple mapping relationship of different layers of abstraction for four kinds of design knowledge like F,B,S,P. The knowledge network model is established on the basis of setting up and analysis of design knowledge network,calculation and analysis of the degree,clustering coefficient and efficiency of knowledge nodes,mining of features of network topology,and evaluation of importance degree of knowledge nodes. With multi core cable in AWACS products as example,the ontology knowledge of cable design is described,and the knowledge network of cable design for early warning machine is constructed. It was verified that this method is effective in solving the low efficiency in the design of product.
