无线传感器网络以其低成本、低功耗、易部署等优势广泛应用于各个领域。 在工业环境中,对信号传输的实时性和可靠性要求非常高,但是目前的无线传感器网络主要工作在分布式系统下,其网络拓扑管控、实时性和可靠性难于保证。 为解决这一问题,文中设计的工业无线传感器网络采用集中控制思想,使用系统控制与数据转发分离的系统架构,对网络图路由和时隙资源调度进行集中控制,以提高网络的可控可管性、实时性和可靠性,满足工业应用需求。 在此基础上设计并实现了一种路由时隙调度机制和基于 Web 的可视化管理系统,用户可以方便地通过 Web 界面集中控制整个无线
传感器网络,进行路径选择并生成相应的路由图,进而可根据不同的工业应用需求灵活调度时隙资源。 随后建立起了基
于方案的实验环境并进行了图路由规划和时隙调度测试。 测试结果表明,该方案能够有效对工业无线传感器网络的图路由拓扑和时隙资源进行统一调度,提升了通信的实时性和可靠性。
Abstract:
Wireless sensor network is widely used in various areas because of its advantages of low cost and power consumption,and easy deployment. In industrial environments,the real-time and reliability of signal transmission are highly demanded,but the existing wireless sensor networks mainly work in distributed network,whose control of network topology,real-time and reliability are hard to guarantee. In order to improve the controllability,real-time and reliability of the network and meet the needs of industrial applications,the industrial wireless sensor network designed in this paper adopts the idea of centralized control and has the structure of system control and data for-
warding separation,which can implement the centralized control of graph routing and slot scheduling. On this basis,a slot scheduling mechanism of routing and a web-based visualization management system are designed and implemented. Users can implement the centralized control of the entire wireless sensor network through Web interface conveniently,conduct routing selection and generate the corresponding routing map to schedule slot resources flexibly according to different needs of industrial applications. Then a scheme-based ex-
perimental environment is established and the map routing and time slot scheduling test are carried out. The results prove that the proposed scheme can effectively schedule the topology and slot resources of the industrial wireless sensor network and improve the real-time and reliability of the communication.
