摘要:
 为了保质保量按期完成客户的西服订单任务,解决当前生产现场采集的数据孤立无序、实时性不高、生产订单跟踪困难等问题,在分析了现有的生产过程管理现状与需求的基础上,研究与开发了一种基于RFID的西服生产订单跟踪管理系统.介绍了由生产现场对象层、RFID对象识别层、生产过程管理层、企业管理层组成的系统总体架构,并结合企业实际生产特点,给出了西服生产线上RFID布局点方案.对系统实现的关键技术,包括数据预处理技术、生产信息模型的构建进行了研究和分析,给出了系统功能模块的设计与实现过程.经某服装企业的实际应用,结果表明,该系统不仅有效地增强了生产过程的管控能力,实现了生产订单跟踪,而且,也解决了企业生产管理信息上下层间的"断层"问题.
Abstract:
 In order to complete the suit order task of customers on schedule qualitatively and quantitatively and solve the problem of data isolation and disordering,poor real-time and hardly production orders tracking in production sites collection,a system of suit production orders tracking and management based on RFID technology is researched and developed on the basis of the analysis of existing production process management status and demand.The overall system architecture is introduced which contains production object layer,RFID object recognition layer,production process management layer and enterprise management layer.Connecting with the practical situation,a RFID layout scheme is given on the production suit lines.Then the key technologies of the system implementation like data preprocessing,establishment of production information model is researched and analyzed,putting forward the design and implementation of the basic function modules.Through the application of a garment enterprise,it is indicated that the system can not only track the suit production orders and improve capacity of production process management,but also solve the "fault" problem between contexts of the enterprise management information systems.
