摘要:
 为了实现对室内、坑道等较为封闭区域空气中有毒有害气体的监测预警,提高相关人员工作生产环境的安全性,设计并实现了一款基于ARM的红外气体传感系统.该系统对某种指定气体浓度进行监控,探测端通过USB数据线连接上位机PC终端,在配套开发的软件系统上实现可视化监控并及时发出警报.利用扩散式监测方式,非分光红外技术测量特定气体浓度,可对应不同气体种类而灵活更换红外探测头的滤波片,以此实现对多种气体进行监测的功能.目前该传感器可用于对氟化氢、一氧化氮、二氧化硫、二氧化碳、一氧化碳以及甲烷等气体进行实时监测.实验选取一氧化碳气体分别进行精准性测试和重复性测试,以此检验系统在长时间工作中受到电压波动和温度波动等影响因素干扰下的工作状态.结果表明,传感系统能够检测出相应的气体浓度,存在干扰现象但符合设计标准,达到了监测系统的功能要求.
Abstract:
 In order to monitor poisonous and harmful gas in the rooms,tunnels and other closed region and improve the safety of the relevant personnel work and production environment,an infrared gas sensor system with ARM has been designed.This system is realized and connected with PC terminal via USB data line,by which certain specified gas concentration can be monitored on the bundled software system and alarm can be given timely if necessary.By applying the non-dispersive infrared technology,infrared detection head can be flexibly changed with different gas types.At present,this sensor can be used to monitor such gas as hydrogen fluoride,nitric oxide,sulfur dioxide,carbon dioxide,carbon monoxide and methane in real time.Detection of carbon monoxide gas has been tested in experiments and its results show that the gas concentrations detected by the system accord with the design standard and meet the functional requirements of the monitoring system.
