摘要:
 针对甘肃省农业特色产业资源信息服务平台缺乏有效定量分析及评价的情况,在借鉴国内外信息平台评价指标体系构建及评价方法研究的基础上,结合多层次灰色理论及信息平台的实际开发和运行状况,从平台建设、服务水平、运行情况和技术支持4个方面,设计和筛选出13个具体指标组成的多层次评价指标体系.邀请相关领域的5位专家对服务平台进行评估,通过Delphi法和层次分析法确定了各指标对应的权重,应用多层次灰色评价法对信息平台进行了多层次评估,计算出了信息平台的可靠性量化结果.根据计算结果得知,该信息服务平台设计合理,技术达标,服务水平和运行情况良好,对定量评价农业信息平台做了一次探索和有益的尝试,对其他各类农业信息平台的定量分析评价具有一定的参考借鉴价值.
Abstract:
 Aimed at lacking of effective quantitative analysis and evaluation of resources information service platform of characteristic agriculture industry in Gansu Province,based on the building of evaluation index system of information platform at home and abroad and the study of the evaluation method,in accordance with multi-level grey theory and actual development and operating of information platform,a multi-level evaluation index system is established from the platform construction,service level,operation and technology support with 13 specific indexes.Five experts in the related field are invited to evaluate service platform.Each corresponding index weight is determined by Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).The multi-level grey evaluation method is used to evaluate information platform and calculate its reliability quantification results.According to the calculation results,it is found that the information service platform is reasonable in designing,achieving technical standards,favorable service levels and operating conditions.The quantitative evaluation of agricultural information platform has made a beneficial exploration,and boasted a certain reference value of evaluating other agricultural information platform.
