摘要:
 针对瓶盖生产过程中存在的缺陷,文中提出了基于视觉的在线检测方法。对瓶盖检测装置的图像采集系统获取的原始图像,运用自适应阈值提取感兴趣区域,利用圆的几何性质找出瓶盖区域的圆心,然后通过图像差分法所得到的差分区域面积判断瓶盖飞边缺陷;由于HSV颜色空间中H与S通道反映颜色差异,由此通过加权色差公式,将k值的大小设置成大于1,从而更加突显色差缺陷,以便于检测。该系统已经应用于生产实际,结果表明,该在线检测技术能够胜任高速瓶盖生产线中缺陷瓶盖检测的工作。
Abstract:
 Considering the defects existing in the production process,an on-line detection method based on vision is proposed. Through the image collection system of the bottle cap detecting device to acquire the image,then the adaptive threshold is used to extract region of interest. Using geometric properties of circle to find the center of bottle cap region,then image difference method is used to distinguish burr defects. In addition,H and S channel reflects the color difference in HSV color space,chromatic aberration expression with weighing can be used to check out color difference,color difference will be highlight when k value is set greater than 1. The system has been applied in actual production,which indicates that the online detection technique be competent at the defect detection in high speed production of bottle cap.
