摘要:
 店面巡视是连锁店总部管理的重要环节,承担掌握所有加盟店的运行状态、及时发现问题、提高管理效率的重要作用。然而在传统的店面巡视工作中,巡视到位率不高的现象是普遍存在的现实问题。文中基于Android系统、GPS定位与3G/4G通信技术,设计开发了智能巡店系统,实现了巡店人员实时定位、无线数据回传和任务下达等功能,使店铺督导(店长)的巡店工作做到“电子化作业、图形化展示、智能化管理”,有效提高巡店作业的移动性、灵活性、完成效率和准确率,显著加强了总部对渠道/终端的快速响应能力,使总部监管与中层执行不再出现断层,有效提升企业店面标准化管理水平。同时,良好的扩展性平台给业务的进一步扩展做好了准备。该系统已在汉堡王(中国)投资有限公司的巡店工作中实际应用,能够实时、有效地对巡店工作进行监管,大大节约了管理成本,提高了管理效能。
Abstract:
 Shop inspection is an important link in the management of chain stores,playing the important role in control of the running state of all the stores, timely detection of problems, and improving the management efficiency. However, in the traditional shop inspection work,the phenomenon is not high inspection is a common problem. Based on Android system,GPS and 3G/4G communication technolo-gy,an intelligent patrol shop system was designed and developed,realization of the shop staff real-time positioning,wireless data retur-ning and tasks assigned patrol and other functions,the store supervisor ( manager) patrol work do electronic operation,graphical display, and intelligent management,effectively improving the mobility,flexibility,efficiency and accuracy for patrol job shops,significantly en-hancing the rapid response capability based on channel/terminal,which makes the headquarters regulation and middle level executive no longer appears fault,effectively improving the enterprise store standardization management level. At the same time,a good platform for the expansion of the business is to further expand the preparation. The system has been applied in Burger King ( China) Investment Co. , Ltd. patrol shop,which can supervise the patrol work shop in real-time and effectively,greatly reducing the management costs,and im-proving management efficiency.
