摘要:
 当前医院处方审核基本是人工完成,具有成本高、效率低、错误率高、人为主观性强等弱点.伴随医疗领域现代化的发展,以及病例无纸化、病例联网同步化进程的进一步实施,各级医院都开始逐步装配医院信息系统(HIS).但是传统的HIS中处方核查与不断更新的药品需求之间的矛盾越来越突出.而规则引擎的引入可以很好地解决这方面的矛盾.文中以ILOG JRules作为审核系统的规则引擎,对于抗生素药物处方审核系统的设计,提出完整的设计方案、系统集成方案以及系统报表库的设计方案,给出了规则引擎在医院处方审核系统的实现方法结果.
Abstract:
 The current auditing of prescriptions is accomplished manually,which leads to high cost,low efficiency,high error rate and strong subjective nature etc. With the development of modern medical field and further implementation of non-paper case reports,hospi-tals of all levels are equipped with Hospital Information System (HIS) . Because of the conflicts between prescription verification in the traditional HIS and drug demand renewed constantly,rule engine is needed to be brought in. With the ILOG JRules as the rule engine of auditing system,for the design of prescriptions auditing system,a complete design scheme,system integrating scheme and system report database scheme are presented in this paper,which puts forward implementation method of ILOG JRules used in prescriptions auditing system.
