摘要:
 最近几年,人们的生活质量水平逐渐提升,人类对身体健康的重要性认识不断增加,食品安全的监管问题对全人类幸福和身体健康具有直接影响。伴随着物联网的发展和进步,物联网在各行各业的应用越来越广泛,前景也越来越光明。文中主要阐述了物联网的概念和物联网技术的主要特征,还对物联网现今涉及领域和应用能力进行了深入探究;然后对物联网技术在食品安全监管中的应用影响力进行了研究和分析;最后对物联网技术环境下食品安全监管的策略进行了详细的归纳和总结。物联网技术应用于食品安全监管有很重要的现实意义和影响,所以对基于物联网技术的食品安全监管应用和对策进行探究有极大的可行性。
Abstract:
 In recent years,the quality of people’ s living level is gradually improving,increasing human understanding of the importance of physical health,food safety regulatory issues which affect directly to human happiness and health. Along with the Internet of Things devel-opment and progress,the Internet of Things is finding wider and wider application in all walks of life,which is also becoming more and more bright future. In this paper,expound the concept of Internet of Things and the main characteristics of the Internet of Things technolo-gy,also make a deep exploration on the Internet of Things today involving field and application ability. Then the application of Internet of Things technology in the food safety supervision influence has been researched and analyzed. Finally,the food safety regulatory strategy under Internet of Things technology environment has carried on the induction and summary in detail. IoT technology used in food safety regulation has very important practical significance and influence,so the research on food safety supervision based on IoT technology ap-plication and decision is of great feasibility.
