摘要:: 信息构建为网站建设提供了方法与手段，以清晰性和可理解性为基础，实现了良好的信息组织与服务。针对大学英语学习资源网站IA评价存在的问题，文中运用集值统计迭代法研究评价指标赋权。在构建大学英语学习资源网站IA评价指标体系结构模型的基础上，通过基本原理和迭代过程两个步骤建立了集值统计迭代法的数学模型，聘请五位专家按照迭代过程进行四次迭代并通过数学运算得到了权重结果。文中研究的大学英语学习资源网站IA评价指标赋权迭代过程，表达了专家的意愿，结果值得信赖，同时为评价指标赋权提供了一条新的途径。

Abstract:: Information architecture provides methods and means for website construction. Based on clarity and comprehensibility, it a-chieves good organization and services. In the light of the problems of college English learning resource website for IA evaluation,use set-valued iteration to study evaluation index empowerment. Based on building college English learning resource website IA evaluation in-dex system structure model,it has established mathematical model of set-valued iteration through basic principles and iterative steps. Ac-cording to the C process,five experts were invited to obtain results through four iterations and mathematical operations. Empowerment it-erative process of IA evaluation index on college English learning resources website expresses the wishes of the experts. The result is de-pendable. The research provides a new way for evaluation index empowerment.
