网络计量在大学排名中的应用研究-《计算机技术与发展》

摘要:: 针对一般大学信息化建设评价重学校的片面效用、重指标符合，而忽视实际信息化绩效的问题，分析了基于网络计量的世界大学排行中的评价方法，基于网络计量的大学排行根据大学网站的表现对大学的信息资源开放存取情况进行排名，其中的排名方法科学、操作简单、结果直观。该评价体系可以为教育信息化建设提供很好的启示：我国教育信息化建设的目标应该以信息化的社会效益为核心，关注信息化的绩效提升，完善信息化建设的评价方式的科学与可持续。

Abstract:: On evaluating the informatization of the universities,people often overweight the result of informatization on the university it-self while not think of the performance on the whole society. Analyze the method in the webometrics ranking of universities in the world, university ranking based on webometrics is carried out according to the performance of the university web site for open access of universi-ty information resources situation,the ranking method is scientific,simple,of which results is intuitive. This evaluation system can provide the enlightment for education informatization construction:The goal of education informatization in China should use the social benefits of informatization as the core,focusing on performance improvement of informatization,improving the scientific and sustainable of evalua-tion way of informatization construction.
