综合评判决策通常涉及多个因素或多个指标,尽管目前实现综合评判的数学方法种类繁多,但是对系统中的不确定性问题仍未找到理想的解决方法。集对分析(Set Pair Analysis,SPA)实质上是一种处理系统不确定性问题的统计方法,其核心思想是通过定性与定量相结合来解决评判决策问题。利用SPA的思想,提出一种利用同异反向量夹角余弦来快速进行综合评判决策的方法。运用文中提出的方法对电力设备选型实例进行决策和分析,结果表明该方法不仅概念清晰而且计算简洁,具有较强的实用价值和较高的可靠性。
Abstract:
Decision-making method using comprehensive evaluation often involves multiple factors or various indicators. Although there is a variety of mathematical methods of comprehensive evaluation,the systematic uncertainty elements have not been solved perfectly. Set Pair Analysis (SPA) is essentially a statistical method to deal with system uncertainty. A method combined the qualitative and quantita-tive used in program decision-making is its core idea. A new fast uncertainty reasoning approach is presented by way of the cosine of i-dentical discrepant contrary vector angle based on SPA. The practical decision making and analyzing of power equipment selection indi-cates that the concept is clear and the computing is concise. It also proves the preferable practicability and perfect reliability of the ap-proach.
