摘要:
针对社会、经济等系统大多是灰色系统,具有明显的层次复杂性、结构关系的模糊性、动态变化的随机性、指标数据的不完全性和不确定性等特点,利用灰色系统理论进行系统评价可以扩大信息源,提高评价结果的可信度。文中对灰色评价的两个关键问题展开研究。一是系统评价指标体系构建,包括指标体系的构成、指标体系结构模型、指标权重的确定、指标值的无量纲化处理、定性指标定量化等内容;二是灰色模糊评价模型构建,按评价指标的层次顺序研究了单指标模糊评价、一级灰色综合评价、多级灰色综合评价
Abstract:
For the most social,economic and other systems are grey system,and have the characteristic of significant levels complexity, fuzziness of structural relationship,randomness of dynamic varity,incompleteness and uncertainty of index data. With grey system theory to evaluate the system can expand the sources information,improve the credibility of the evaluation results. In this paper,study the two key issues of the grey evaluation. One is the system evaluation index construction,including the composition of index system,the index system structure model,the determination of index weights,the dimensionless of index value and the quantitative of qualitative index. The other is grey fuzzy evaluation model construction,study the single indicators fuzzy evaluation,first-order grey comprehensive evaluation, multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation by evaluation hierarchical order
